Smithy Barn

Rural Conwy sits within reach of several compelling draws: Colwyn Bay's sandy beaches are 7 miles south, Llandudno's Victorian seafront and attractions lie under 10 miles away, and Snowdonia's outdoor pursuits—climbing, forest courses, fell walking—are easily accessible to the north. Conwy town itself, a medieval World Heritage Site ringed by castle walls, stands nearby. Smithy Barn is one of four converted farm buildings set across 40 acres of farmland, a setting that suits walking and quiet breaks rather than close neighbours.

The cottage holds three bedrooms and three bathrooms across two floors. Ground level contains the open-plan hub: a living area with woodburner and entertainment, a dining space, and a working kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Bedroom one, a kingsize with ensuite shower, occupies the ground floor; upstairs, a second kingsize ensuite and a twin room with its own bathroom complete the layout. Bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included; logs for the woodburner can be sourced locally. Parking is on site. The grounds include a patio and garden furniture; a stream runs through the property unfenced.
