The Coach House is a barn conversion situated within 40 acres of farmland near Colwyn Bay. The building retains its character with large windows that flood the interior with light, and at ground level you'll find an open-plan living space with a woodburning stove, a separate dining area, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking. A shower room and separate toilet complete this floor. Upstairs are three bedrooms: one with a kingsize bed and two with single beds. The single bathroom is on the first floor.
Everything needed for a self-catering stay is provided, including bed linen, towels and wi-fi. The shared farmland grounds offer space to explore, with a garden and patio attached to the property. Parking is on site. The location gives you quick reach to both Colwyn Bay's beaches (about 7 miles away) and the mountains and outdoor activity centres of Snowdonia, including climbing and high ropes courses. Conwy town with its medieval castle and walls is also accessible for a day out. The property is suitable for couples and families only, and smoking is not permitted.

Amazing weekend. The house is great and hot tub perfect. Great hosts also that re always on hand if need anything. Only thing I would change is get a proper kettle. I know the stove kettle is in keeping with house but im lazy🤣.

Brilliant stay. The hosts were really friendly. The beds were comfy. The hot tub was amazing and the host showed us how to use it on arrival. There was even dressing gowns and disposable slippers for us to use. It was so peaceful at night and in the morning and loved listening to the birds singing. All basic essentials were included. The location is really good for exploring North Wales and the hosts even provided a folder with local shops and takeaways and also stuff to do in the local area.

A great find. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A beautiful shared garden and private hot tub. The owners were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I look forward to returning in the near future.

Excellent little cottage, very clean and the hot tub is amazing! Great for a relaxing weekend and plenty for the kids to do. We loved it!.. And the chickens! :)
