What visitors say
We exclusively hired all 5 pods for a birthday celebration and what a weekend we had! We had 2 adults and 2 children in each pod which were clean with very comfortable beds and plenty of space to store our belongings. We made use of the kitchenettes to store our food in the fridges, charge phones etc and it was great for each family to have a designated toilet and shower. The camping barn had a huge fridge and freezer for storing drinks and bbq supplies and we made use of the fire pit each evening. The kids loved the play area and field and enjoyed the freedom of running around the site. India and Spence showed us round the site, helped the kids to feed the chickens and gave us local recommendations (we loved the loaded chips at Peckish). The kids moaned all the way home about having to leave and we felt the same!

We just got back from two nights at the farm and absolutely loved it. We went with our 5,4 and 1 year old and the cabins were perfect for our family. The site is safe and secure meaning the kids were able to roam and play freely which they loved. We had our own bathroom and access to a kitchenette. India and Spence were so accommodating and helpful. They took our children round to feed the animals in the morning and show us the crops they’re growing. The local area is also beautiful with lots to do. We will definitely be planning a return trip and couldn’t recommend this destination enough!

We have stayed at many camping and glamping sites and Spence and India are the best hosts/owners we have ever met. We were greeted on arrival and given suggestions for places to eat and visit. Every morning we joined Spence to help him feed the chickens and pigs and to be shown around the rest of the farm. He is obviously very passionate and knowledgeable about small scale farming. He told us about some great ideas he had for expanding his business and supporting his local community. The pods were clean, comfy mattresses and just the right temperature for a cold and wet start to the Eater weekend. It was great to have our own toilet and shower room and use of a kitchenette. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit at night listening to owls. And my son loved the company of the resident pheasant. The location is great as it is a short walk/drive to the local village with a great chip shop and play park. There is a great farm shop and restaurant called Sea View Farm Shop, a 15 mins drive. Which serves great food at a competitive price compared to other eateries in the area. We wish Spence, India and Elvis every success with their business and are looking forward to returning next year.

We loved our stay at the farm. It's a beautiful site, very peaceful and well run. The kids loved feeding the chickens and pigs each morning with Spence and we enjoyed a lovely walk into the village to get the best fish & chips I've had in a long time. It's a perfect base for exploring nearby beaches and attractions. Our pod was spacious, warm and comfortable and we liked having the use of a campers kitchen and private bathroom close by. The communal areas were well thought out and we really enjoyed our mini break!
