About Camelford Caravan and Motorhome Club Campsite

Who's up for a classic Cornish getaway minus the children? Set within well-kept leafy grounds, Camelford Caravan and Motorhome Club Campsite offers child-free escapes in North Cornwall with one particularly appealing ace up its sleeve: the championship golf course next door, where site guests bag exclusive discounts on green fees and clubhouse dining. The spacious electric pitches (grass and hardstanding) give tourers plenty of room to spread out, while facilities include a well-maintained shower block with accessible amenities, launderette, and a motorhome service point. Dogs are welcomed year-round, with a dedicated exercise area on-site.

Managed by the Caravan and Motorhome Club, the site is open to both members and non-members, though membership brings worthwhile savings if you're planning more than four nights annually across their network of 140-plus UK sites. Five minutes' drive reaches Camelford's shops and riverside walks, while several traditional pubs serving real ales and hearty Cornish fare lie within half an hour on foot. The location also puts you within easy striking distance of North Cornwall's beaches, resorts and historic attractions.

As all caravan and motorhome sites this as good as it gets if you want peace and quiet. The staff are really friendly and make an effort. The facilities are clean . The reason we chose this site is it is central ti all of Cornwall and Devon so with a car it's endless activities for the duration. Cheers guys

Very peaceful site perfect as a base for exploring North Cornwall . Staff were excellent as were the facilities. Short walk to Camelford high street which has a pub (masons arms) and supermarkets/takeaways. Most of the takeaways are cash only. Would definitely return.

Camped here for a weekend and it was lovely! The owners are very friendly and helpful. The plots are well maintained and easily accessed. Facilities are great with showers and pot washing sinks. Short drive to beautiful places like Tintagel, Bodmin and Port Isaac. Highly recommend and look forward to staying again next summer!
