What visitors say
Wonderful stay at silver sands , in the new lodges. Upon arrival communication was great with any questions, answered. The site itself is very well presented , easy to navigate around and very well kept. The lodge, was just perfect!! Everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The addition of marshmallows for the fire outdoors was a lovely touch. Beds comfortable, lots of space to store your belongings. The two singles beds are tucked away upstairs/loft, perfect for kids! The hot tub and fire pit , is private and situated in a decent side garden , there is plenty of outdoors space! Close to the beach via a walk that takes you down to kennack. Weather wasn’t on our side to walk down on our 2nd night but a quick car trip down to the recommended Thai takeaway , made a perfect cosy dinner in the lodge 👌 Would definitely return , as it’s a lovely escape from day to day life in a peaceful location.

Had such a lovely stay in the new Cove lodges. They were absolutely beautiful, well equipped and very clean. Comfortable beds and the location was so peaceful. Lovely walks close by, very friendly staff. Hot tubs were warm and clean. All in all a lovely stay. Will definitely be back 10/10

I’m writing this review while sitting in the hot tub at Silversands Holiday Park — the water perfectly heated, the jacuzzi jets bubbling away, and the ambient colour‑changing lights glowing softly around me. We didn’t have to do a single thing other than lift the lid and step straight in. Waiting for us in the lodge were fluffy white dressing gowns and slippers, adding a touch of luxury that set the tone for the whole stay. From the very first contact with Alan, the park owner, we knew we were in good hands. He has that rare balance of warmth and professionalism — friendly, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making sure guests have a great stay, yet never intrusive. It’s a difficult line to walk, but he gets it absolutely right. We’ve felt looked after without ever feeling hovered over, which speaks volumes about the pride he takes in running Silversands. The attention to detail across the site is obvious. Every plant has been chosen and maintained with real care, creating a beautifully kept environment that feels both natural and thoughtfully designed. The layout of the park itself shows the same level of consideration — it works perfectly for all kinds of guests, whether you’re a couple looking for peace and relaxation or a family wanting space and comfort. It’s clear that nothing here is done by accident; everything has been planned with the guest experience in mind. The staff deserve a special mention too. Roy, who looks after the gardens, is one of those genuinely lovely people who clearly takes pride in what he does — and it shows in every corner of the site. And the cleaning lady who checked in on us as we started our second week was just as warm and genuine, making sure we had everything we needed. The lodge itself is really well provided for. The bed is super‑comfy, the kind you sink into at the end of the day, and the shower is powerful and consistent in temperature. I mention this because it’s always a challenge to find a decent shower usually, and this one has been spot on every time. And it’s the little things that make such a difference: having toilet roll, washing‑up liquid, and those first essentials ready for when you arrive. It means you can settle straight in without having to dash out to the shops, and it shows that the team here really think about what guests need. The Wi‑Fi has been easy to connect to and just as reliable and fast as at home, which has been a real bonus. The living area is cosy and comfortable, with a big TV that’s perfect for relaxing in the evenings. There’s even a TV in the double bedroom. I brought my PlayStation for the odd bit of bad‑weather downtime, and it plugged in and worked without any fuss — another small but very welcome convenience. All in all, Silversands has given us one of the most relaxing, comfortable, and well‑looked‑after holidays we’ve ever had. Everything here is done with care, pride, and genuine warmth. We’ve loved every minute of our stay, and we’re already talking about when we can come back. If you’re looking for a peaceful, beautifully kept, and thoughtfully run holiday park in Cornwall, Silversands is an absolute gem.

We stayed for three nights in our motorhome and were very pleased with the welcome we received. The pitch was well laid out with plenty of space, services all close to hand. The toilet/shower block refurbishment had just been completed and to a very high standard. It was a pleasant walk to the beach through a small nature reserve and a beautiful beach when we arrived. We would recommend this lovely site and will definitely be back to stay again.
