1 Cribbar is a single-bedroom apartment on the ground floor, accessed through a private courtyard with garden furniture and a gas barbecue. The entire property opens as one flowing space: the living and dining area connects directly to a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, and the bedroom sits separate with an ensuite shower room. A convertible zip-and-link bed sleeps two, or can be split into singles on request. The shower cubicle has a single step up.

Everything is included to arrive and settle in—Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels. The kitchen is set up for cooking rather than reheating; it has a full oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave. An underground car park with lift access provides allocated parking, and there is shared storage for surfboards on the wider site. The apartment is no-smoking throughout. One well-behaved pet is welcome.

Fistral Beach is within easy reach on foot, making this a natural base for anyone with a surfboard or the intention to learn. Newquay's town centre, with its restaurants, bars and cafés, is also within walking distance. The location suits both those drawn to the water and anyone wanting a contemporary coastal break away from everyday life.
