Location is second to none. Top of the hill with absolutely stunning views. Views from the room was amazing. Breakfast is great also. Tasty food with a good selection of options. Great service at breakfast time. Dinner was not so great. Poor service, hard to find a waiter, if you are looking for vegetarian/halal options, it was pretty poor. The hotel itself would benefit from some tlc, especially around the outside. No air conditioning in the room also. But the breeze helped. Worst thing however, was our main bed was two single beds combined, absolutely shocking! Bathroom was stunning, beautiful bath and big spacious shower, all running perfectly.

Where to start!? Firstly the location is incredible - a short coastal walk to the world famous Surf area and pure beauty from any and every angle nearby. The hotel is beautiful and the indoor pool temp is perfect too. My anniversary trip sadly involved my partner having real difficulties with unexpected kidney stone complications. My partner was in a terrible condition and was suffering in tremendous pain….the hotel staff (ESPECIALLY Odette - what an angel!) were absolutely amazing help, sweet, helpful, understanding, courteous and empathetic! The Hotel had a small army of support there for us and that truly meant a great deal. I don’t know if words alone in a review are enough to reflect just how amazing the place and the staff are and my gratitude for each and every one of them will remain for many years! I will undoubtedly return and would only ever stay in The Atlantic Hotel - the location, services, facilities and staff are all you could wish for!! I/we are beyond grateful for everything. Truly thank you guys 🙏🏻

Location is excellent. Upon our arrival there was a 'slight' hiccup with the reservation that had been made with booking.com. The hotel staff resolved it with a minimum of fuss, this was an indicator for the level of service for the duration of our stay = excellent. Thank you & keep up the good work.

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Staff are all super friendly and helpful. Huge, comfortable rooms. Lovely breakfast. Fantastic spa area. All very clean and nice. Breakfast is great especially the buffet. I don't understand a few bad reviews, I had a wonderful experience.
