I can not praise this hotel enough. We stayed here as our friend was getting married here. We stayed in the family room with my wife and 2 kids. The room was very spacious, massive bathroom and incredible 360 views of 2 beaches , golf course and town. The hotels restaurant and bar was amazing and had an outdoor terrace which was very well done out. Very cool place. But the best part of this hotel was most definitely the staff! The energy, kindness and work ethic of everyone was on the highest level. Our daughter is Ceoliac so going away so alway difficult and stressful but they made us feel so relaxed and literally could not do enough for us so many times on so many levels. The wedding ran externally seemless and all attendees mentioned how great the venue , food and staff were. There is an incredible sunset view into the sea a few minutes walk away and beach is just a few minutes further. There is also a cliff walk at the back of the hotel where their private car park is. I could not recommend this hotel more. Not only would i definitely stay here again It would be the main reason i would come back to Newquay. Also it is a short walk into the town but far enough to still be very quiet and tranquil.

Great service and food. We dropped in for a drink. Our dog wasn't 🐕 very well.( she kept being sick), we were really worried and not sure what to do. The manager in there, she was amazing she kept checking the dog 🐕 was OK. She got on her hands and knees feeling all around her, she realised how poorly the dog 🐕 was and got a bag of ice to put under her body to cool her down. We think if it wasn't for her knowledge and quick thinking we may not have her still with us today. We want to thank you all for the wonderful service again.xx

Stayed here one night for a social occasion in the town. What a gem! Room and en-suite were immaculate. Really helpful and friendly reception staff. Lovely Cornish breakfast with great service from the restaurant staff. Unfortunately didn’t have time to sample the restaurant service but it all looked good. Location was ideal, close to the town centre & Fistral beach. Highly recommended and would definitely return. Thank you.

Visited Oceanside hotel between 26.03.26-30.03.26 with my partner and honestly can't fault our stay at Oceanside. Staff were warm , welcoming and friendly. Our room on arrival was all ready to check in this was earlier than expected. Rooms fully equipped with hairdryer , heating , towels and toiletries. We found the room to be comfortable and cosy and really great value. Wes and Emma are absolutely brilliant hosts and really felt like we were valued as customers and not just a number. All the staff were friendly , wanting to engage in conversation and this didn't felt forced and genuinely felt natural. Breakfast was delicious I loved the pancakes and my partner thoroughly enjoyed the cooked breakfast which was presented nicely and tasted so good. Emma thank you for your kindness and hospitality and upgrading our room for our last night. ( We decided to stay an extra night because we loved it so much here .) I would highly recommend to anybody visiting Cornwall to stay here. The bar and restaurant was cosy , chilled and had a warm friendly vibe and atmosphere. We felt the price of drinks and food reasonable during our stay. We very much look forward to returning in the near distant future.
