25 Mount Brioni

25 Mount Brioni is a ground-floor apartment in a collection of Mediterranean-style buildings overlooking the Cornish coast near Seaton. It's a one-bedroom property sleeping two, furnished to a high standard throughout. The open-plan living space has direct access via bi-fold doors to a terrace facing the water; the kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, and the bedroom comes with a zip-and-link bed that can be split into two singles. Everything you need is included: heating (via an air-exchange system), electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi.

The beach is a 100-yard walk from the grounds, with rock pools, fishing opportunities and a small river running across the sand. The coastal path starts at the edge of the site. Seaton village has a pub, bistro, shop and beach café. The area draws divers, walkers and golfers – a country park with nature trails and children's play areas sits in a nearby river valley, and golf courses are at Looe and Whitsand. The property has private parking for one car and allows one well-behaved pet. No smoking indoors.
