3 Harbour View

Newquay's working harbour and beach life draw visitors year-round, and 3 Harbour View sits right in the thick of it—ground floor, harbour-facing, with the town centre a 15-minute walk away. The apartment sleeps four across two bedrooms: a kingsize in the master with its own shower room, and two singles in the second bedroom served by a family bathroom. An open-plan living space with kitchen lets you spread out, while French doors open onto a Juliet balcony and a small patio with seating, both capturing the view across to Towan Beach.

The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, with electric cooking and a washer-dryer. You get wi-fi, heating, bed linen and towels as standard. A travel cot and highchair are available if needed. There's allocated parking for one car on site. The building shares a location with a traditional pub that runs live entertainment in the evenings. You can bring one pet with you. Smoking is not permitted inside.

For beach time, Fistral—Newquay's famous surf beach—is a 5-minute walk; the town's restaurants, cafés and shops are within easy reach on foot. The area also has a zoo and aquarium for family days out, and a golf club nearby. This is a straightforward base for a seaside break, not a retreat from the town.
