6 Jubilee Close is a contemporary house in St Merryn, a small village within reach of Padstow's restaurants and seven beaches across the parish. The property sleeps seven and comes ready for a self-catering holiday: the kitchen has an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine; heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are included; there's parking for one car on site, and an electric car charging point is available at extra cost.

Downstairs holds a living and dining room with a 42-inch Freeview TV and DVD player, plus a separate toilet. Upstairs are four bedrooms—a double with ensuite shower, two further doubles, and a single with bunk beds—plus a bathroom with bath and shower. A cot, highchair and stairgate are provided. The enclosed garden has furniture for sitting out. The house does not permit smoking.

St Merryn's location works for different holidays: Harlyn Bay is a mile and a half away; Padstow's fishing port and food scene are 2 miles south; and the parish itself borders seven bays. Malcolm Barnecutt Bakery in the village is within walking distance. The surrounding countryside has scope for coastal walks and cycling.
