Inside, the layout is open-plan: a living room with a sofa bed and 42-inch smart TV opens through glazed doors onto a balcony; the kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and all the basics for cooking. The bedroom holds a super kingsize bed and has its own balcony access. One shower room completes the space. A washer-dryer is built in. Parking for one car is included on site, along with wi-fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels. No smoking inside.
The beach is a short walk away, whether you're heading out to surf or simply to sit by the water. Newquay town centre lies under two miles off, with shops, cafés, bars and the usual seaside amenities. One well-behaved pet is welcome to stay. Check-in is after 3pm and checkout before 10am.
