Apartment 1 Waters Edge sits on the ground floor of the Fistral Beach Hotel and Spa complex, steps from the beach itself. The space is open plan, with a living area and kitchen that both open onto a private enclosed patio where you can watch the sea throughout the day. The double bedroom also has patio doors onto this outdoor space; the second bedroom has twin single beds. One bathroom with bath and shower serves both. Electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are all covered; the kitchen has what you need to cook, including electric oven and hob.

Newquay's town centre—shops, bars, restaurants—is within walking distance. Fistral Beach itself is renowned for surfing. The wider North Cornwall coast is accessible for day trips: Padstow's galleries and restaurants lie along the coastal road. Families will find the area has twelve beaches in and around Newquay, many with rockpools and coves. One car can park on site. One pet is welcome. The property does not allow smoking.
