Apartment 25 works well for families or small groups wanting direct beach access without the fuss of a caravan park. The two bedrooms—one with a king bed and ensuite, one with two singles—and a second full bathroom mean everyone gets their own space. A sofa bed in the open-plan living area provides the sixth sleeping spot. One dog is welcome to come along.

The third-floor apartment has a full kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine, so you can cook proper meals or just make coffee and toast. There's a 65-inch Smart TV, wifi, and heating throughout. Both bedrooms open onto a balcony. On-site parking for one car is allocated to the property, and there's a shared bike and surfboard store on the ground floor if you're planning to make use of Towan Beach or the nearby breaks at Fistral and Lusty Glaze. The building has lift access to the third floor, though it's worth knowing the lift can occasionally be out of order. Newquay town centre is within walking distance if you want shops, restaurants and the bustle of a seaside resort, while the beach itself is yards away. No smoking inside the property.
