Apartment 7 is a two-bedroom ground floor property at The Headland in Newquay, a short walk from Fistral Beach. The accommodation spreads across one level: an open plan living and dining area with a sofa bed, a kitchen with electric oven and hob, dishwasher and washing machine, one bedroom with a double bed and ensuite shower, and a second bedroom with two single beds. There is also a main bathroom with a bath and shower. The place is non-smoking.

A balcony opens from the living space with outdoor furniture and views across to the beach. Parking on site is included. Fistral is Newquay's main beach and a centre for water sports. The South West Coast Path runs nearby for coastal walking, and the town itself has restaurants and bars. Most of the action—shops, cafés, entertainment—lies within walking distance or a short drive.
