Portscatho is a working fishing village on the Roseland Peninsula, where narrow streets lead down to the harbour and beaches. Apsley Cottage sits near the village square, surrounded by local shops, a post office, and the Plume of Feathers pub. The coast is minutes on foot, and the village has the unhurried feel of somewhere that still operates around the rhythms of the sea rather than tourism alone.
The cottage is a three-bedroom Victorian terraced house sleeping five people. Downstairs there is a sitting room with an open fire and Freeview TV, a kitchen and dining room with a dishwasher and electric cooker, a bathroom, and a utility area. Upstairs are three bedrooms: one double, one with two single beds, and one single. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all included. Out back is a private patio with furniture and a barbecue. There is parking for one car on site.
One well-behaved pet is welcome. The cottage is non-smoking. Arrival is after 4pm and checkout before 10am.
