The layout spreads across three levels, with bedrooms on the ground and first floors, and the main living space at the top—a light, open-plan arrangement where the kitchen, dining and sitting areas flow together. Bi-fold doors from the kitchen lead onto a balcony; the master bedroom opens onto a Juliet balcony with bay views.

Bedrooms comprise a double on the ground floor with ensuite, a king-size on the first floor with ensuite, twin beds in a third room, and a bunk room; a family bathroom serves the upper two bedrooms. The open-plan living area contains a TV with DVD player, books and games, and an electric fire. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and microwave. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are provided. There is private parking for one car and a garage with additional laundry facilities.
