Ash lodge

Families and groups of six fit comfortably into Ash Lodge, a three-bedroom property within the Retallack Resort grounds. The main floor holds an open-plan living, kitchen and dining space with doors onto a private decked terrace, where there's a barbecue and garden furniture. Upstairs, a second sitting room opens to a balcony. Bedrooms include two singles (one as a zip-and-link double option), a bunk bed, and a master double with its own ensuite. The second bathroom is downstairs. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen and towels come as standard, along with wi-fi throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking; a utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Ash Lodge sits within a resort that offers shared use of a swimming pool, sauna and gym (these cost extra). There's also a tennis court and children's play area on-site. Guests with one dog are welcome, and the lodge provides pet extras. Cots, high chairs and stairgates are available for families with younger children. Private parking covers two cars. Rural countryside surrounds the property, with the Cornish coast within reach for day trips. No smoking inside.
