Families and larger groups will find Eagle Owl Lodge a practical base. The three-bedroom, two-bathroom property sleeps six across a ground-floor layout: a master bedroom with king bed and ensuite, a second king bedroom, and a third room with two singles. The open-plan living area has a woodburner, Smart TV and games, with French doors opening onto decked garden space. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with a dishwasher and washer-dryer included. Underfloor heating, electricity, Wi-Fi and bed linen are covered; one dog stays free. A travel cot and highchair are provided for younger children.
Outside, a large enclosed garden with artificial turf and decking faces a private hot tub for five. The lodge sits within the grounds of the Cornish Birds of Prey Centre, with woodland to explore and fishing lakes on-site (a licence is required). Two cars can park at the property. The location is close enough to reach Padstow and Newquay within minutes, and the North Cornwall coast is nearby; coarse fishing on-site and attractions across the road offer alternatives to days out. No smoking is permitted.

A week's stay here in Feb and will definitely return. Well appointed, comfortable and warm. Spacious living area. The location is perfect for getting to many beaches, coastlines and attractions. Nicely prepared with clear instructions and other information If we'd had any sun the deck would be great for sunsets!

Our home for the week and set in a great location from which to explore North Cornwall. 10 minute drive to Newquay and 20 mins to Padstow. All very modern inside and with the added bonus of a hot tub outside in a private decking area. All on one level so great if you have young children. There was a nice seating area outside with a BBQ also. A decent sized driveway which can easily fit two cars on maybe even 3. The whole site is a gated community, so it's very secure and secluded.

Great location easy to get to anywhere in Cornwall. A little noise from the main road in rush hour but the accommodation is awesome. Log burner, decking walks in woods to the lakes. Secluded and secure.
