Beach Bungalow

Perranporth Beach stretches for miles along Cornwall's Atlantic coast, a vast expanse of golden sand that rarely feels overrun even in summer. The dunes rise behind it, and tucked just inland sits Beach Bungalow, close enough to the shoreline that the beach is your immediate neighbour. The village itself has pubs, restaurants and shops, while Holywell Bay, another significant beach, lies just to the north. A bar on the beach itself—reputedly the only one in the country—stands about 100 metres away.

The bungalow is single-storey and entirely yours. Two bedrooms sleep four: one has a king bed, the other a double. The bathroom contains a shower cubicle. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine; bi-fold doors open into the garden. The living room has an open fire and a television. An enclosed garden with decking wraps around the back, furnished and fitted with an outdoor shower—useful after a swim. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. One dog is welcome year-round, though during July and August dogs on the beach itself must be on leads; the sand dunes offer space to let them run free. No smoking inside.
