Beach House

Beach House is a two-bedroom flat on the first floor of a beachfront building in Cornwall. The entrance sits 16 steps up from ground level. Inside, everything opens onto one space: living room, dining area and kitchen flow together, with a Freeview TV for downtime. The kitchen has what you need to cook properly—electric oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer. One bedroom has a double bed (4ft 6in), the other two singles (3ft each). The shower room is compact with a cubicle shower and heated towel rail. Electric heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included, and you get an on-site parking space.

The beach is a genuine walk away rather than a drive, which matters if you want to use it properly. Shops, cafes and pubs are within reach on foot. One pet can stay free—the beach is dog-friendly year-round except July and August, when dogs must be kept on leads on the main beach between 9am and 5pm. No smoking indoors.
