Wadebridge sits at the heart of North Cornwall's river valley, within reach of coastal paths, sandy beaches and the countryside that rolls inland towards Bodmin Moor. The Manor occupies a restored barn on a working farm just outside the town, giving you quiet countryside on the doorstep and quick access to both water and open ground. The whole place is yours alone, sleeping six across three bedrooms: a superking, a king, and a twin room. Each has its own ensuite bathroom with shower, heated towel rail and toilet, plus there's a fourth shower room on the ground floor.
The ground floor opens into one large living space with a sitting area (Freeview TV), dining table and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Essentials including Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are provided. The property has air source heat pump central heating, an electric car charging point, and parking for two vehicles. Outside there's a garden with firepit and seating, and a private borehole water supply. No smoking indoors. The layout suits families or groups who want to cook together and spread out across multiple bedrooms, with enough bathrooms that mornings need not turn complicated.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at The Farmhouse Bogee Farm. The house was very comfortable and well-equipped, the sauna was just beautiful and the location meant all our favourite places were on the doorstep. We came away feeling very relaxed and would love to return one day.

Bogee Cottage was a cosy and comfortable base for our long weekend near Padstow. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom had a great shower, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking simple meals. We also really appreciated being able to bring our little dog with us and charge our EV on site. The location is ideal for exploring Padstow and nearby South West Coast Path walks, and even with the grim weather, the cottage made it easy to relax and still enjoy a lovely weekend away. Communication with hosts was friendly, helpful and efficient.

We were 6 friends staying at the Manor for a long weekend and loved our stay! The house and outside area are charming, comfortable and everything is immaculate. The location is great, so close to Padstow and many amazing beaches and hikes and great food of course- we are already planning our return :) lovely hosts as well, thank you!

Bogee farm was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were super helpful and responsive, and the location was great for accessing lots of areas in Cornwall. We had such a lovely time and would definitely stay again!
