St Mawes sits on one of Cornwall's finest stretches of coast, a working fishing village turned holiday destination on the Falmouth Estuary's eastern shore. The beaches are within walking distance, and the bay beyond draws sailors year-round; the mild climate and Gulf Stream proximity mean the water here stays warmer than most of the British coast. Cobblestones occupies a quiet courtyard just off the seafront, with the village's restaurants, pubs and shops on your doorstep.
The cottage spans three floors and sleeps six across three bedrooms—a double on the ground floor, two singles on the first floor, and another single upstairs. There is one bathroom with a bath and separate shower cubicle. The kitchen/dining room is fully equipped for cooking; the living room has an electric wood burner for cooler days. Underfloor heating covers the ground floor, and the upper bedrooms have individual heaters. A roof terrace with garden furniture offers views over the rooftops. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included; one well-behaved pet is welcome. The cottage does not permit smoking.
Coastal walks begin from the village, and the nearest beach is a short walk away. A pub sits within a mile. The village itself has sustained itself on sailing for generations, with racing and regattas throughout summer, though you need not be a sailor to enjoy the setting.

An absolute fantastic little three bedroomed cottage. Everything we needed was there and the cottage cleanliness was second to none. Seconds away from the beach and a lovely vibe. We will definitely be back.
