Cornish Hamlet - Mill House

Mill House is a converted barn on a rural estate near Stithians in Cornwall. You arrive into a ground floor with a spacious kitchen and dining area, separate lounge, utility room, conservatory and toilet. Upstairs, four bedrooms accommodate seven guests: a kingsize with its own en-suite, a double, two singles in one room, and a single. A family bathroom with shower serves the other three bedrooms. The kitchen is properly equipped for self-catering, with an electric oven and hob, range, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. Central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included.

Outside, you have exclusive use of a private hot tub and parking for two cars on the patio area. The broader setting is quiet countryside with access to walking trails and nature reserves nearby. Stithians Lake offers water sports and fishing; Kennall Vale Nature Reserve is close by with woodland walks. Larger towns like Truro, Helston and Falmouth are within reach for coastal visits or more varied activities. The property doesn't permit smoking, and is available to families, groups of friends and couples only. A travel cot and highchair are on hand if needed.
