Crantock Cottage

Crantock Cottage is a converted barn with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeping up to six people. The ground floor contains a living and dining area with Freeview TV and DVD player, plus a kitchen equipped for proper cooking with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave and washing machine. Bedroom 1 is a double with an ensuite shower, while Bedroom 3 has bunk beds and its own ensuite. Upstairs, Bedroom 2 is another double with ensuite. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included; gas central heating keeps the cottage warm year-round.

Outside, you have access to a lawned garden with furniture and a portable gas barbecue. The property shares use of a heated swimming pool (open May to September) and a hot tub with other guests on the site. There is a pond in the garden. Private parking for two cars is provided, and one well-behaved pet can stay free of charge. The cottage does not permit smoking.

The location puts you within easy reach of Newquay's beaches and the South West Coastal Path. Perranporth, with its three-and-a-half miles of sandy beach, lies a short drive away. Further afield are Padstow's fishing harbour and restaurants, Truro's shops and cultural attractions, and family spots including Lappa Valley Steam Railway and Blue Reef Aquarium.
