Porth Cottage

Porth Cottage is a two-bedroom barn conversion sleeping five, set within a large shared plot that includes a heated swimming pool (open May to September), a hot tub, and a children's play area. One dog stays free. The cottage is yours alone, with private parking for two cars and a lawned garden where you can use the portable barbecue or relax in the hot tub. A pond occupies part of the garden, and the shared facilities are maintained by the owners. There's no smoking inside.

The ground floor holds a living and dining room with Freeview TV and DVD player, plus a kitchen equipped for real cooking—electric oven, gas hob, microwave, and all the usual appliances including a washing machine. Upstairs, one bedroom has a zip-and-link double bed (convertible to two singles), the other a standard double. The shower room is compact. Heating is gas central, and essentials like electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are covered.

Beaches lie about two miles away; Perranporth's three-and-a-half miles of sand are a short drive, as are Newquay's family beaches and Fistral. The South West Coastal Path is accessible for cliff-top walks. Padstow, Truro, and various attractions including steam railways and farms are within easy reach. A small village shop and family pub sit nearby.
