Crest@64

Crest@64 works well for families wanting beach holidays with space to spread out, or groups of friends after a seaside break together. The property is a modern house with three bedrooms: two have zip-and-link doubles (which split into singles if needed), and one has bunks, sleeping six in total. Two bathrooms mean mornings run smoothly. The main living spaces are on the first floor—an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with patio doors onto a balcony, plus a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The kitchen is properly equipped for self-catering, with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and air fryer. Downstairs, two of the bedrooms open directly onto the garden and have ensuite wet rooms or bathrooms. The enclosed rear garden has a patio, seating and an outdoor shower. Above, a roof terrace with furniture and gas barbecue takes advantage of the sea views. Wi-Fi is provided, heating and hot water are included, and there is parking for one car on the property.

The house sits on the coast near Newquay. No smoking throughout.
