Sunsets@Spinnakers occupies the second floor of a building on a quiet headland overlooking the coast near Newquay. The position offers something unusual: genuine seclusion within walking distance of the town's restaurants, shops and beaches. Fistral Beach is minutes away on foot, and the coastal path starts almost at the door. Lift access serves the apartment itself.

Inside, the three bedrooms sleep six across one king and two singles, each with its own bathroom. The main living space flows open-plan across a sitting area with a 43-inch television, a dining zone opening to a balcony, and a kitchen fitted with a full cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. Bed linen, towels, heating and wi-fi are included; the essentials for a week away are covered. Games, a travel cot and a highchair are available. A single parking space sits on site, with landscaped grounds offering a shared sitting area. No smoking is permitted.

The headland itself becomes quieter the further you walk along it towards Pentire, or you can drop down to explore the River Gannel. At low tide, Crantock Beach—a mile of sand backed by dunes—becomes accessible on foot. Newquay's working harbour, shops and seafood restaurants cluster within easy reach, as do several surf schools and the tropical gardens. The property suits families and couples; bookings are for these groups only.
