Dawn Cottage comes ready to use: electricity, heating, bed linen and Wi-Fi are all included, so you arrive to a functioning home. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Upstairs there is a double bed and a single bed in the one bedroom, and a bathroom with bath and shower. Downstairs, the living and dining room has a television and Freesat. The property is yours alone—no shared guests—and one well-behaved dog stays free.

You are metres from the sea at Portmellon Bay, on the Cornish coast near Saint Austell. A sandy beach lies 50 yards down the road. The fishing village of Mevagissey, with restaurants, pubs, shops and boat trips, is less than half a mile away. The Eden Project is 7 miles inland; the Lost Gardens of Heligan, 2 miles. A pub is 50 yards from the door. On-road parking is available 50 yards away. The cottage does not allow smoking, and is not suitable for children under 12. Access involves steep steps from the shared terrace down to the rocky waterfront area.
