Elm House

Elm House comes ready for a holiday: electricity, bed linen and towels are all included, and the kitchen is fitted out for proper cooking rather than makeshift meals. There's a cooktop and oven, a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, so whether you're planning to eat in or grab something from the pub within a mile, you have the setup to do either. Two bathrooms mean the mornings run smoother when six of you are getting ready, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a bath.

The property sleeps six across three bedrooms. The master has a superking bed and sea views; the other two are doubles with good storage. The living and dining areas have hardwood floors and space for everyone to spread out, with views you can actually enjoy from the seating. The whole house is yours alone, and check-in is after 4pm with a 10am departure. No smoking inside.

Carbis Bay and St Ives are close by, with the coast within a mile and the South West Coast Path accessible for walks. The beach itself is sheltered, suitable for swimming and paddleboarding in the warmer months.
