About Hellesveor Holidays
Perched within easy walking distance of St Ives and the South West Coast Path, Hellesveor Holidays delivers straightforward camping with a warm welcome. Pitches are generous, showers and facilities kept spotlessly clean, and the owners go out of their way to share local tips and make you feel at home. Dogs are welcome year-round, and electric hook-ups are available for those who need them.
The real draw is location: you can leave the car behind and stroll into St Ives or pick up the coastal path for some of Cornwall's most celebrated cliff-top walking. It's excellent value for a no-fuss base, though facilities are practical rather than fancy. If you want proximity to beaches, pubs and harbour life without resort-style trimmings, this ticks the box.

What visitors say
We cannot thank Molly, Jack and beautiful Ozzie enough for a truly amazing stay for the hottest week in May in the delightful Bluebell Cottage. Despite the searing heat we stayed deliciously cool in the very comfortable and spacious cottage, the thick granite walls and the well designed layout ensured constant cooling breezes despite the 30+ degrees temperature outside. The location is excellent, just outside the town and a pleasant walk along the coastal path into St Ives, we were lucky enough to see seals most days we walked to/from the town. The location is great for visiting the heritage Tin Coast and it is a must do to visit Botallack Mine. Marazion is an easy drive and make sure you rise early to watch an awesome sunrise at St Micheals Mount during your stay. Amazing seafood all around, but especially in Newlyn, which again is an easy drive. Do not miss a visit to the Tinners Arms in Zennor, great food, atmosphere and very close to Hellesveor. The cottage is thoughtfully designed, stylish and comfortable. The luxury bedding and fluffy towels really do make it feel like a home from home and we all slept soundly in comfortable beds in absolute peace and were gently awakened from a deep slumber each morning with the birdsong, no traffic, no exhaust fumes and peace. The cottage is very clean and equipped with good quality and damage free furniture and furnishing’s and enjoys its own well maintained garden, so very easy to switch off, relax and recharge away from the maddening crowds of mass tourism.

Modern and clean facilities. Quiet campsite but more than enough bathrooms/showers. Washing up facilities and a freezer for small bits and bobs if needed! Very kind family that have clearly paid attention to detail. Given map/info on town and they were very helpful with directions and generally showing us around the site. Quiet, respectful vibe. (I expect it’s busier in peak summer months, we went in early May on a weekend) St Ives town is a 20 minute walk down the hill. There is a bus that runs up and down the hill if preferred, which is listed in the info they give you. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Lovely small family farm campsite. Friendly and helpful. Excellent though basic facilities Push button shower with enough time to wash and enough space to change Good washing up, fridge freezer etc area. I liked the quirky but beautiful oak buildings and vintage mirrors. Gave a nice ambience. Good value Close enough to walk into St.Ives or the South-West Coast path
