Elmington Studio

Elmington Studio is a compact annexe set within the owners' grounds near Tintagel, a few miles from Bossiney Cove and the dramatic stretches of the South West Coast Path. The building's open-plan first floor makes clever use of space, with floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the living, dining and kitchen areas with light. A kingsize bed occupies one section; a two-seater sofa and Smart TV another. The kitchen is fitted for straightforward cooking—electric oven and hob, fridge, coffee machine. A ground-floor shower room with heated towel rail and heated mirror completes the layout. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are all included.

Tintagel itself sits on the north coast and combines the dramatic castle ruins (now accessible via a modern footbridge) with a working harbour lined with restaurants, pubs and independent shops. Boscastle, a proper fishing port with a narrow entrance and picturesque quay, lies just a few miles west. Port Isaac, to the east, offers harbour walks and narrow streets. The South West Coast Path runs through the area, rewarding walkers with views of the rugged coastline and access to coves and beaches along the way. You'll find woodland walks inland towards Boscastle, where streams and the Valency Valley provide a gentler alternative. Private parking for one car is on site. No smoking.
