The Bakehouse

Bossiney is a small coastal village on Cornwall's north coast, positioned between Tintagel and Bude. The Bakehouse sits within it as a Grade II listed stone property, renovated as a one-bedroom retreat for two. The village itself is quiet; the sea and larger towns are within easy reach, but you are not in the thick of things.

Inside, the single bedroom has a king-size bed. The bathroom has a shower, basin and WC. The main living space combines kitchen, dining and sitting areas, with an electric fire and television. Two decked areas—one at the front, one at the rear—offer outdoor sitting; the rear deck has sea views. Electricity, bed linen and towels are provided. There is private parking with an EV charger. No smoking.

Tintagel, less than a mile away, has cafés, restaurants and shops, plus Tintagel Castle on its clifftop and Merlin's Cave below. Bude, further along the coast, is known for its beaches and water sports. The coastline here is dramatic; walking and exploring the cliffs and coves will fill days easily. The property does not take children.
