Elsewhere is a one-bedroom apartment on the first floor of a gated complex near Penzance. You arrive into an open-plan living and dining room with a television and electric fire. The kitchen runs alongside it, fitted with an electric cooker, fridge, air fryer, dishwasher and washing machine. The bedroom holds a double bed (4ft 6in). The shower room has a cubicle shower and modern suite. A private door from the apartment leads onto a roof terrace—useful for morning coffee or evening air after time out exploring.

The flat sits a five-minute walk from Penzance promenade, putting shops, pubs and restaurants within easy reach on foot. Penzance itself is a working harbour town with gardens and a known history. Nearby sandy beaches include Long Rock and Marazion; further afield are Sennen Cove and Porthcurno. The Jubilee Pool, an Art Deco lido heated by geothermal energy, sits by the seafront. The South West Coast Path passes through the area for longer walks. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included. There is parking for one car on site. No smoking.
