Fig Tree Cottage

Fig Tree Cottage is a single-storey barn conversion where everything unfolds on one level. You walk in to an open-plan living space with a wood burner, dining area and kitchen all flowing together, then through to a bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking—oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer—while the living area has a Smart TV, books and games. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all included, and initial logs for the burner come with the property.

Outside, an enclosed garden gives you somewhere to sit with morning coffee, complete with furniture and a barbecue. The cottage takes one dog free of charge. Two cars can park on site. A mile away, the local pub serves Sunday lunch and takeaways. The north Cornish coast is a short drive—Bude itself, with its two beaches and shops, sits 4 miles distant, while Widemouth Bay and other villages like Padstow and Boscastle are all within easy reach. Walkers have Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor nearby.
