Newquay's north coast draws surfers, families and beach-goers year-round, with Fistral Beach hosting major competitions and the town itself humming with activity. Fistral Cottage sits within a small complex of converted farm buildings, where guests have the run of their own space but share access to grounds that include a heated outdoor pool (open April to September), picnic areas and a hot tub available all year.
The cottage has two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with bunks—each with its own shower room. Downstairs, a living and dining area opens onto the gardens. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking: electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Essentials like bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included. One dog can stay free of charge. Parking is available for two cars.
This works well for families, groups of friends or anyone wanting a base within walking distance of the beaches and pubs that line the seafront at Perranporth, 10 minutes away. Newquay Zoo, Blue Reef Aquarium and the Eden Project are all within reach for rainy days. Note that smoking is not permitted in the cottage.

We have just returned home from a fantastic week staying at Fistral Bay Cottage Newquay. The house is absolutely amazing, 4 bedrooms (two of which are ensuite) and a beautiful family bathroom. The house has a beautiful enclosed garden with patio/bbq area and is completely safe for children or dogs. There is absolutely everything here you could possibly need (every tiny detail has been thought about). On our arrival we found beautiful flowers in the dining room and main bedrooms and a lovely welcome hamper. The house is situated a short walk from Fistral Bay beach which is beautiful and not overly busy but there are many beautiful beaches around which can easily be reached by car. Newquay town centre is also only a short walk away which has a large Sainsbury's, Morrisons is a short drive away. Everything in this house is of a very high standard and quality, it certainly is a home from home...we didn't want to leave!
