Foretop

Foretop is a new build house positioned above St Just Creek in Cornwall. The ground floor opens into a hall leading to a substantial open-plan kitchen, dining and living space with French doors onto a raised terrace; there's also a separate sitting room with a TV, a utility room with laundry appliances, and a shower room. Upstairs are three bedrooms: a king with an ensuite bath and creek views, another king, and a zip-and-link that works as either a double or twin. A second shower room serves the upper floor.

The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and air fryer. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included. The garden is terraced, with a raised patio suitable for a barbecue, garden furniture, and parking for two cars outside. A travel cot and highchair are available. St Just in Roseland church and its creek are a short walk away; St Mawes centre is five minutes by car. The King Harry Ferry, ten minutes' drive, connects to Truro, Falmouth and the Lizard Peninsula. No smoking is permitted in the property. The garden has steps.
