Crantock sits on Cornwall's north coast between Newquay and Perranporth, a quiet village built around a sandy cove backed by dunes and cliffs. The Southwest Coast Path runs nearby, linking dramatic stretches of coastline and quieter beaches. Greycott is a semi-detached cottage on the edge of the village, reached via the rear entrance and set over three floors with a private garden and parking for three cars.
The ground floor holds a kitchen with electric cooking and seating for four, plus a separate dining area and a sitting room with a woodburner and sofa. Upstairs are three bedrooms: a double and two singles on the first floor, plus a bunk room suitable for children, with a bathroom featuring a freestanding bath and shower cubicle. The top floor has a fourth double bedroom with an ensuite shower. The cottage is entirely yours for the week, with wifi, heating, bed linen and towels included. Essentials like a travel cot, high chair and stair gates are available if needed. The back garden has furniture and a layout with some steep steps.
Families gravitate here for the beach access and the mix of swimming, paddling and walks along the path. Dogs are welcome. No smoking inside.
