About Lewinnick Lodge
Fresh seafood, hearty roasts and a strong vegetarian selection anchor the kitchen at Lewinnick Lodge, served in a dining room and outdoor seating area that look straight out over the Cornish coast. The bar carries on the same view, making it as good a spot for an evening drink as for a meal, and breakfast is included to start the day before heading out onto the headland.
The 11 rooms are contemporary and well-kept, most with sea views, and come with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, room service and in-room drinks. Family rooms and accessible rooms are available, and practical touches like a lift, laundry service and luggage storage make it an easy base whether staying a night or longer. Pets are welcome, and there's free on-site parking along with an electric vehicle charge point.
Pentire Headland puts guests within reach of walking and cycling routes, golf, fishing and watersports, plus other pubs and restaurants nearby for those who want to explore beyond the lodge. Staff are consistently attentive, and the setting itself, right on the Newquay coastline, is the main draw for anyone booking a room here.

Very good location and nice interior. The food was a mixed bag. One of us had the Ragu which was very nice but small. The rest of us had Hake which was ok but not amazing given the price. Dessert was also mixed with a nice banoffee pie but a overcomplicated semifredo. Service was good. Our waitress was very nice and helpful with our dietary requirements. I did not catch her name but she was an older lady. Overall good but I was expecting a bit more

I came in for a bit of lunch today. Had the Asian braised pork belly, which was outstanding. Really nicely presented, friendly staff and a beautiful welcoming atmosphere. I ate lunch on the terrace. Wow, those views. Reasonably priced food & drinks, million pound views. I'll definitely be back.

Omg this place is amazing. Stunning location really quiet but still with a lovely atmosphere. The food was fresh and plentiful but not overwhelming. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. Had lunch in a party of 9 and everyone enjoyed the food. Party ranged from 14-80 years old. I can highly recommend the chocolate moose!

We recently stayed at Lewinnick Lodge and really enjoyed our experience. We will absolutely be staying here again. The staff is lovely and very kind, always happy to chat or offer a recommendation. The rooms are gorgeous - the view is incredible and the nearby walking paths are great to have to catch the sunset / explore. The rooms don’t have a mini fridge and we had a bit of trouble with our air conditioning, but we ended up opening our windows and got a lovely breeze right off the water, which was superb. The bathroom is open concept, which worked just fine as it was my partner and I staying together, but I can imagine this may not suit all parties depending on configuration (just a note). All amenities were high quality, though, and the rooms were spotless / very luxe. We did eat in the restaurant, and have to say we didn’t love the food - breakfast options were a bit limited, I ordered GF toast one morning and was served a toasted hamburger bun. I asked if they had any scones, which they said they didn’t offer before noon. We did eat dinner there one night and I got the veggie burger, which was outstanding. Overall, a great location with great people! We will be back! ⭐️
