Gwithian House suits groups and families after space to spread out across a whole property. Four bedrooms—the first with a super king bed and ensuite, two others with king beds (one ensuite), and a fourth with zip-and-link single beds that convert to a super king on request—mean sleeping arrangements can adapt. Four bathrooms avoid morning queues. A private hot tub seats four, the driveway holds two cars, and a travel cot and highchair are available if needed.

The ground floor opens onto living space arranged for gathering: a dining table for eight, a separate snug with a wall-mounted TV and corner sofa for quieter moments, and a second living room with its own Smart TV. The kitchen has everything for cooking—electric oven, induction hob, air fryer, dishwasher—or you can use the garden barbecue. Essentials like Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen and towels are covered. A front patio with garden furniture overlooks the grounds, and an electric car charging point is available.
