Falmouth's working waterfront draws visitors year-round, and Harbour Reach puts you within walking distance of the harbour itself. This modern ground-floor apartment gives couples and small groups their own self-contained space, with straightforward access and on-site parking—useful after a day exploring the coast or the shops around Trago Mills nearby.
Inside, there's a king-size bed in the bedroom, a shower room with heated towel rail, and an open-plan living area with a sofa bed, dining table and Smart TV. The kitchen has electric cooking, a microwave, dishwasher and washer-dryer, so you can prepare meals or manage laundry without fuss. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included; heating is electric central. One dog or cat can stay at no extra charge.
The flat suits anyone after a quiet base without stairs to navigate. It's no-smoking throughout. Check-in is after 15:00 and you'll need to leave by 10:00.

Another lovely stay at Harbour’s Reach. The location is spot on with great views of the bustling harbour and marina. Lots to do by day and night within easy walking distance. We love Falmouth and I’m sure we will be back again.

Made a very last minute trip to Cornwall (24 hours notice!). Wanted somewhere accessible to the train station but also to shops and buses. Harbour’s Reach hit all that, and more. The apartment is facing one of the Quays, actually right on the Quay, it’s a beautiful location and with some good weather will be perfect to sit and watch all the boats. It’s also perfect for every restaurant imaginable, so many choices within a few minutes walk. The apartment is modern, very clean, well maintained and has everything you could need for a short or longer stay. Plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, handsoap all provided, and was well heated, fabulous fully stocked kitchen utensils, (you just need to provide the food!!) I liked that the outside front door shut firmly to the building too. Tim the owner was accessible for any questions I had, will definitely be back. Thanks for a wonderful stay, had a really fabulous time.

Fantastic location right on the harbour side but also in town. It is well appointed, very clean and recently decorated. The view across the harbour is awesome. Good to have reserved parking close by but it is up a steep hill and narrow space, but any parking in Falmouth is a bonus.
