Helm

Helm is a first-floor apartment in St Mawes, reached by lift. You step into a living room with dual sofas facing French doors that open onto a Juliet balcony overlooking boat moorings. The space includes a flatscreen TV, DVD player, CD player, books and games. The kitchen and dining area are modern and well-equipped—double electric ovens, ceramic hob, dishwasher and washing machine all there—with a glass dining table in the same room.

Two bedrooms sleep four. The main bedroom has a 4ft 6in double bed and en suite with shower cubicle; its window faces towards Summers Beach. The second bedroom contains two 3ft single beds, opposite a family bathroom with a bath, shower over it, and a separate toilet. The apartment is within a mile of the coast and located in St Mawes village itself, so you're close to local shops and restaurants. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. No smoking inside.
