Rosemullion

St Mawes is one of Cornwall's liveliest harbourside villages, and Rosemullion sits above it all on the second floor of a building just steps from the centre. The living room and balcony face out across the quay towards Summers Beach, St Anthony headland and Falmouth Bay, so you can watch ferries crossing to Falmouth, sailing boats moving in and out, and kayakers launching from the water's edge while sitting with a drink. The village itself—shops, restaurants, bars and a castle built by Henry VIII—is on your doorstep.

The apartment holds six people across three bedrooms: two doubles (each 4ft 6in) and a bunk room that children tend to favour. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over it; there is also a separate shower room and a third toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Heating, electricity, wifi, bed linen and towels are included. There is a public car park nearby. No smoking is permitted inside.
