Lanerick is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom detached house that opens straight into a working kitchen with room to cook properly—electric oven, gas hob, American fridge, all the basics. The kitchen flows into a dining space where a group can actually sit down together, and beyond that a living area with a woodburning fire and doors leading out to a decked garden. This is the layout most people want: the social spaces joined up, easy to move between, with direct access to outside.

The bedrooms are upstairs. Two have doubles and their own en-suites with showers; the third has a pair of single beds and shares a family bathroom with a bath and shower. On the ground floor, patio doors from the kitchen and living room open onto a decked area where the hot tub sits waiting—the kind of thing you'll actually use on an evening. Above that, a private rooftop terrace looks out over the surrounding valley. The garden itself is lawned with space to move around, and there's a barbecue if you want one. Wifi and all essentials like heating and linen are included. The property sits within a larger resort with shared access to an indoor pool, sauna and steam room, plus an outdoor heated pool (open April to September) and a children's play area. No smoking indoors.
