Two bedrooms contain super king beds; one has a king; the fourth has two singles. Two of the bedrooms open onto outdoor space—one to a balcony, the other to a patio—and one ensuite serves two of the rooms.

The ground floor centres on a living room with a woodburner, 55-inch smart TV and access to a patio, with a separate kitchen-diner fitted for cooking and entertaining. There's a utility room with a washer-dryer, and a shower room completes the layout. Essentials including heating, electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are covered. A cot and highchair are available if needed. Outside, a rear enclosed patio and front patio with garden furniture and barbecue provide outdoor living space.
