Lavender House

Cawsand sits in one of Cornwall's quieter corners, where the twin villages of Kingsand and Cawsand meet narrow lanes that lead straight to the shoreline and the South West Coast Path. Lavender House occupies the heart of this setting—a Georgian townhouse with enough space for nine people across four bedrooms and three bathrooms, designed for the kind of holiday where a group can actually spread out and relax together.

The layout spans several floors, with a traditional kitchen feeding into the dining room on the ground level, a first-floor living room positioned to catch sea views, and bedrooms distributed above. Essentials including electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are covered. The real draw is outdoors: a private garden and tiered terrace at the rear, and from your doorstep, a walk of minutes to the beach for a morning swim or sunset stroll. The coastal paths towards Rame Head begin nearby, and there is a pub within a mile for evening meals. You'll need to use the public car park a short walk away; there is no private parking, though you can drop bags at the door. The house is non-smoking. One dog is welcome.
