Rosebank Barn

Rosebank Barn sits in the centre of Kingsand, one of two adjoining coastal villages in Cornwall. This is a three-bedroom property sleeping six, with electricity, bed linen and towels provided. The whole place is yours alone; smoking is not permitted.

The ground floor is an open-plan living and dining space with an electric fireplace, kitchen facilities for self-catering, and a rear courtyard that catches the sun. Upstairs are three bedrooms: two with sea views, one a king and one a king, plus a twin room. The single bathroom includes both bath and separate shower. A WC sits at ground level to the rear.

Kingsand has no private parking, but two public pay-and-display car parks are within five minutes' walk. The beach and a pub lie within a mile. The village itself is where you stay—there's no separate or more remote location to travel to after arrival.
