Le Dorney Villas is a period property spread across three floors in Par, a working harbour village on Cornwall's south coast. Ground floor has two living spaces—one with a TV, one for quieter moments—plus a dining room and a kitchen equipped to cook properly. A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer means you can manage laundry without leaving the house. The first floor holds three bedrooms, each with a zip-and-link bed that converts between super king and twin configurations, plus a family bathroom with bath and shower. The top floor bedroom is quieter still, with its own en-suite shower room.
The four bedrooms sleep eight across a mix of configurations. Essentials like electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. A back garden has seating and furniture for outside time; there's also a store for surfboards or kayaks if you bring your own. One dog stays free. The house takes one car on the private parking space. Smoking is not permitted inside.
Par Beach is minutes away, and the Southwest Coast Path runs past the door. The Eden Project and Charlestown are nearby for days when the weather turns. Richards Fruit, Veg & Fish is the local supplier for fresh produce and fish.

Great place to stay. Super comfy beds. Matt and Tamsin are super hosts. Close to beach. Close to train station for other parts of Cornwall. Bus to Fowey takes 15 mins. Would definitely stay again. Par Inn is great. Proper local pub.

What an amazing host Matt is. If I could give 10 stars I would. Very friendly and welcoming and nothing seeked like too much effort. Fantastic amenities and a beautiful place to come for a getaway. Par has a lot to offer. We also loved The Par Inn. Will come again

We all really appreciated the super comfy beds - it was especially nice to have the option of double beds in every room - and we all found Le Dorney Villas to be very clean and luxurious. The hosts willingness to help us feel at home was exceptional - and his response to queries and requests with prompt follow up - excellent hosting. The kitchen is well equipped, there was a fab welcome gift in the fridge, the communal space was comfy and a cool place to hang out - and it was nice to have a spacious outdoor space too. It is in a great location in terms of closeness to the beach and is close to other lovely places to visit as well. It’s a 10 min walk from the station - though the walk is down a woodland path - so a taxi might be a better call - but best to book a taxi as they don’t have any at the station. All in all a great stay and superb value for money!
