Le Dorney Villas is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom house that sleeps six, making it suitable for families or small groups wanting their own space without compromise. Built with sustainability in mind, it sits close to Par and Spit beaches, within reach of the Southwest Coast Path. The ground floor holds one bedroom with an ensuite shower room and a utility space with a washer-dryer; upstairs, two further bedrooms and a shower room open onto a bright living area that flows between lounge, dining and kitchen zones. All beds can be configured as either zip-and-link doubles or singles depending on your party's needs.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking proper meals rather than making do—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, and a full-sized fridge-freezer are all here. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included. Outside, a back garden has seating and a barbecue; there's also secure storage for bikes, surfboards or kayaks, and an electric car charging point. Parking fits three vehicles. The property is non-smoking.

Great place to stay. Super comfy beds. Matt and Tamsin are super hosts. Close to beach. Close to train station for other parts of Cornwall. Bus to Fowey takes 15 mins. Would definitely stay again. Par Inn is great. Proper local pub.

What an amazing host Matt is. If I could give 10 stars I would. Very friendly and welcoming and nothing seeked like too much effort. Fantastic amenities and a beautiful place to come for a getaway. Par has a lot to offer. We also loved The Par Inn. Will come again

We all really appreciated the super comfy beds - it was especially nice to have the option of double beds in every room - and we all found Le Dorney Villas to be very clean and luxurious. The hosts willingness to help us feel at home was exceptional - and his response to queries and requests with prompt follow up - excellent hosting. The kitchen is well equipped, there was a fab welcome gift in the fridge, the communal space was comfy and a cool place to hang out - and it was nice to have a spacious outdoor space too. It is in a great location in terms of closeness to the beach and is close to other lovely places to visit as well. It’s a 10 min walk from the station - though the walk is down a woodland path - so a taxi might be a better call - but best to book a taxi as they don’t have any at the station. All in all a great stay and superb value for money!
