Lookout

Lookout stands on the Cornish coast near Oceania, a detached house where the main living space opens directly onto a balcony facing the water. The ground floor is arranged as one open room, with a kitchen at one end, dining and sitting areas flowing into each other, and a wood burner for colder months. Bi-fold doors run along the length of the living space, collapsing back to merge indoors and out on warmer days. A separate toilet is on this level. Three bedrooms are arranged on the lower ground floor: a kingsize with ensuite bath and shower, a double with walk-in shower and heated towel rail, and a twin with walk-in shower and heated towel rail.

The property sleeps six and is yours alone. Parking is on site. A front garden includes a terrace with seating and a barbecue. The essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi—come as standard, along with initial fuel for the wood burner. Two of the bedrooms have balconies. Garden steps and a couple of steps to the entrance are part of the layout, so check these suit your needs. Smoking is not permitted.
